Gilbert: What I've been up to - part 2

Here is our Christmas tree!

We got a few new ornaments as well.

We got a Christmas box at work!

It was filled with lots of yummy goodies!

Even Truffle Chips!
Nom Nom!

We went into town to get more yummy goodness for Christmas, like cheese.
And we had a drink at cafe Hooghoudt again,

Christmas cheer at the town square!

Another Magnetic Marx arrived for Sullivan!
Beanie thought the package got lost, so ad already sent another one just before Marx the 1st arrived. There was also a cool Paddington pin! Thanks, Beanie!

Gilbert: What I've been up to - part 1

In November I rcceived Beanie Mail!
I won a prize at Bus Bingo!

Beanie was a bit concerned because Sullivan was supposed to get a package as well.

My owner bought us a marzipan piggy

We went on an outing with friends to an indoor playground.
The menu promised me Truffle Fries, but it turned out they were sold out.

My owner was still tired of being ill earlier that month so while the others went jumping on trampolines we had a drink and looked at the antics of our friends.

10 days after I received my Beanie Mail, Sullivan's package turned up: opened and with a new address sticker, but his prize was in there: a magnetic Marx Puppet!

We went into town at the end of November, because according to my owner Sinterklaas gave her some money to get us books! After book shopping we went to cafe Hooghoudt for a drink.

And a Vlammenkouk. Yum!

I also accompanied my owner to work a lot. It was getting colder, so I got out my hat.

After Sinterklaas we went shopping for a Christmas Tree. And we had a look at all the cool decorations at the garden center while we were there anyway.

\I spotted a cool hippo seat!

I'm getting a little hungry.

After our shopping we got an oliebol and hen went home to go decorate out tree.

Finally an Update Again

We tried some of our dinosaur games!

Dinosaur Paradise was really cool! We got to create an ecosystem that could support a big T-Rex population.

Draftosaurus was fun as well. You had to fill a park with dinosaurs, but not all dinosaurs could be put in the same enclosures.

On Christmas Eve we had oliebollen!

On Christmas we had lots of presents from Miki!

Look at all these awesome presents!

There were fun animals.

A Pusheen Diary and Pusheen buttons!

And cool hair clips for our owner.
She wore one of them to Christmas dinner!

Thanks miki!

Our owner got a Bad Janet t-shirt from Jeffe. We approved!

We went out for Christmas dinner and I had lots of yummy food!

Just after Christmas we caught a cold, so we didn't do anything special for New Year's Eve. We hope to be fully recovered soon.

I know I'm late, but still I wish everyone a lovelt 2023!

Books, Food, Christmas , and more

We got more books from Sinterklaas and as early Christmas presents!
These we got from Melliane (together with a 3rd that arrived separately).

We went out and I got hot chocolat and apple strudel.

On an evening walk I spotted a building dressed up as a Christmas ornament.

We made a trip to the garden center for a Christmas tree, and they had beautiful decorations!

Just my size!

I think this is the Snow Queen.

There were lots of Christmas animals

Maybe this is the Dog Queen?

I have so many questions about this vase...

More Christmas cheer!

We found a beautiful tree and decorated it at home.

My owner is very busy with work at the moment as she works extra because of Christmas shoppers, but we managed to squeeze in a lunch at the Sushi Mall with a friend when she was in town.

I ate tons of Edamame.

My owner got a Christmas present that we're not allowed to open before Christmas. I'm very curious! (I think the mailmen were curious too, as they squashed the package a bit.)

We also got signed books!
Thanks, Jeffe and Sarah Pinsker.

Have a great Holiday Season, everyone.
