Guitar and Cookies

My owner's OtherHalf found me a guitar yesterday! It's a bit pink, but just the right size for me to play on.

And today my owner got us chocolate cookies. Schmorg immediately came running to help eat them ofcourse.

Lots of Cool Mail!

Yesterday there was lots of mail for me and my owner!

We got this lovely card and beautiful flower picture from Marlowe and his Mom. Thanks Marlowe, we love it!

There was a book I won at vvB32 Reads' Werewolf Weekend.
vvB32: I started reading it right away and it's a great read sofar! Thanks.

And last, but certainly not least there was a really cool package from Eve! There's pig shaped soap, pig shaped erasers, candy, beautiful cards, bookmarks, a small book and more!

I really love these: Artist Trading Cards that Eve made herself. The middle one is my favourite.

Schmorg really liked this card with a sentiment about chocolate on it. He hopes that if he shows it to us long enough we'll get the hint and buy him chocolate.

There also was a lovely Alice in Wonderland shirt for my owner! She tried it on immediately, but wouldn't pose for a picture, but I can tell it looks good on her.

The little book is about Mr. Mischief and it got very cool drawings. My owner tells me she used to read Mr. books as a kid, so is very glad to own one of the Mr. books now.

A Card and lots of Candy

There was another card for me in the mail today!
It was a blogoversary card from Eve and she also send me a really cool pig-button.
Thank you Eve! They're beautiful.

And what's this?!
A package that we began to fear got lost, wasn't lost afterall and arrived today!

It was the Christmas presents that Marie and my cousin Moira send to us. It took almost a month and a half to get here and was filled with yummy things and there was even a voodoo doll in there. She will feel right at home here with all the other voodoo dolls I'm sure.

When Schmorg smelled the chocolate he came running over and I had to fend him off.

But as soon as I turned my back he ran off with some of the chocolate.

And Angus also came to see what was in the package and ran off with the coffee!

So I decided to find a way to defend the rest of the goodies...

And I build a fort!

Hmmm.... Is that new voodoo doll trying to help me or trying to break down the fort?

But in the end the Friendship Survival Kit reminded us that being friends is about sharing and we stopped our fighting over the candy.

And we had a fun time playing with the candy together.

Crunchy Drink and Lots of Chocolate

My owner and I had to work today and my owner brought something to drink, but I didn't dare drink it....
I mean: Crunch, crunch strawberry?! That can't be good, can it?

My owner got a belated Christmas package from her boss at the catering service and when we brought it home Schmorg went into a frenzy as it was all chocolate!!

These are my owner's favourites: Belgian chocolate in the shape of seashells.
She promised me I could try some, so I can taste if it is as good as she says it is.

A package and a Book

Today there was a package for my owner that was send to her by a good friend.
It was supposed to be for Christmas, but because of all the snow last week, all mail was a bit later, but getting packages is always fun! Me and Schmorg helped unpack it as Schmorg thought it might be chocolate and I was just curious.

There were two presents inside that were for my owner and her OH and one present that was just for my owner.

It turned out to be cookies and a really cool hippo pen!
Schmorg was a bit disappointed it wasn't chocolate, but I think the cookies look yummie. I hope my owner and her OH will share with us.

This afternoon my owner and me went into town and it was really crowded in all the stores.
My owner bought this book: 'Writing a Bestseller for Dummies', as she's busy writing on a story again at the moment. I must say I read a bit of the story and there's no pigs or zombies in it, so she can definately use this book to improve her story, because what book about writing bestsellers wouldn't give the advice to put pigs and zombies into every story you write.

Walking to Work and a Package

This morning we discovered that there had been water leaking on my owner's bike. As it had frozen again after that, her bike was covered in a layer of ice, including the lock, so that meant we had to walk to work today.

It was a beautiful walk with all the snow so I didn't mind.





At work I saw this picture in the newspaper. I'm not the only animal braving the snow and cold.

When we got home there was a Christmas/Early Birthday package for my owner from Eve.
Look at all the cool stuff she send!!
Eve: you really spoilt my owner! It is a great package.

Eve did send some things that were for me, like this really cool book about a naughty pig. I hope she doesn't mean to imply I'm naughty though.

There were also some new housemates in the package.

I think my owner will have to race Schmorg to the chocolate from now on.
