There's still lots of painting going on, so for me things were a bit boring, but today there was a package!
Books and Zombies?!Now this is my kind of package.
Look at all the goodies!I won these books and other fun stuff over at Bibliognome. Becky had a Vampire Haiku contest and my Haiku won!
The books are even signed too.I should enter more Haiku contests if all prize packages are as cool as this one.
And last, but not least: The Zombie Poster!I think it's very cool.
Thanks Becky! I love my prize!
And for those who are curious:
Here's the Haiku that is responsible for me winning this awesome package

Koop Zondag
Today it was Koop Zondag and so we went shopping for our house.
(Koop Zondag = Buy Sunday. Shops aren't open here on every Sunday, only on some special Sundays)
One of the things we needed to buy was a toilet seat.
There were lots of different toilet seats.
I saw one that would be perfect for Hammie and G.!!
Look: there's another ladybug on the seat itself!
We finally settled for a wooden toilet seat and then went on to the next store.
On our way to the next store we spotted this sign.
Baby Dump? Now that's not nice!
But we didn't have any babies to dump, so we went to the carpet store to look for a new carpet.
I thought this one was nice and warm, but I was over ruled as my owner and her OtherHalf thought it was too light in colour.
Finally we ended up in the IKEA where I met a relative and a..... Well, I think it was a sheep, but I was too afraid I'd get clobbered if I asked.

Renovation and a Mysterious Package
Tonight I braved the paint to see how things are getting along. My owner's workroom is coming along nicely and this is where the purple ended up. For those familiar with it: it's the colour of the wrappings of Milka Chocolate and therefor the room is now renamed to the Milka room.
Most of the other rooms still need lots of work though.
But luckily we got the tools to get the job done.(Although I'm so not going to handle that scary machine myself)
And just look at what was delivered at the house today: a package from a Games Company. The weird thing was that we didn't order anything and the name on the package was that of one of our friends. I do not think she would order a package to be send to our house, especially as we're so busy to get it liveable again at the moment. Strange....
The package contained a game, but no note or anything to explain why it was send. I never heard of the game either. I wonder if we'll find out what this is about.....Tuesday, November 2, 2010
