Sudden Hippo

When my owner and me arrived at work this morning there suddenly was a hippo standing on our computer. It turned out a co-worker (who knows my owner loves hippos) brought the hippo and left it there as a surprise for us. How cool!

Book Spam

The little bit of snow that fell on Sunday was already gone the next day. But it is still freezing and there might be snow this weekend. I'm hoping there will indeed be enough to build Snowpigs like someone suggested ;-)

And because there's not much else to do I'm going to spam you with books:

These books arrived today.
They're a late birthday present to me and my owner from my owner's OtherHalf. They had to be ordered and the mail from the UK to here can be slow at times.

Snow!!!

There was a bit of snow this evening!
I hope it will snow more tonight and that we'll have lots of snow tomorrow.

A Fun Evening and Presents

Thursday evening my owner and me went to a house-warming party of one of our colleagues.

It was a really fun evening with lots of yummy food, fun people and good times.

And chocolate...

And Dropshot!
We had to work the next day so I tried to go easy on the Dropshot. I think I succeeded: I didn't have a terrible hangover the next morning.


On other news:
some more birthday presents arrived!

I got these two books from the amazing Susi.

And my owner's brother send us this really cool CD.

I got amazing mail today!
Bob and Dilly made this card for me and my owner as a belated birthday gift. We're going to give it a special place in the Milka room.

Beautiful Evening

This evening we went out for dinner in the center of town at a restaurant called 'La Place'.

I always love going to this restaurant as it high up in a building and has a great view. This evening there were some beautiful skies as the sun was going down.
