More pie and pretty pictures

Yesterday evening we made a cherry pie.
I even made a decoration for it, it's supposed to look like me.

Here's a picture of the finshed pie before it went into the oven.
As you can see the filling was too soft so our top decoration sank into it a bit. We'll have to work on that for our next pie.

And now for some pictures that my owner's OH took last week on our walk.
I couldn't show these before as they were still on his camera until today.
They may look a bit like the pictures my owner took, but as they are so pretty I just wanted to post them anyway.

Pie, Shopping and Flowers

Well, here's a picture of the pie after we cut it after all.
We're planning on trying out more pies, like cherrypie or something like that.
Today we went to a booksale where we saw this cover for a notebook.
It was still very expensive, certainly for a sale, so we didn't buy it, but it was tempting.

My owner did get me a card with a pig on it at another bookstore.

And on our way to the grocerystore we just had to stop in the park as we saw that the Snowdrops are almost in bloom (they are my owner's favourite flowers).

Work, Voodoo doll and Pie!!

We had to work again today.
Here I am hanging out in one of the pockets of my owner's jacket.

And here I am with my little voodoo doll, who's name is simply 'Voodoo Bride'.
She's a bit camera-shy so that's why she's not in many pictures with me, but I almost always take her with me. Usually she can be found in my travellingbag.

This evening we made a blueberry/blackberry pie!

This is my owner's apron.
He's called Rudolph for obvious reasons.

All set to start on the pie.
I even got my own apron.

Checking the blueberries.
I had my own bowl to sit in so I wouldn't step in the flour or the berries.

The pie before it went into the oven.
It is a very special pie as you can see: it is especially made for pigs.

The finished pie.
It turned out a bit pale but it smells delicious!
(It tastes delicious too, but we didn't take a picture of it after we cut it.)
