My trip to Normandy - Day 2, part 4

After we reached the house we rested and read for a bit, before going on another, shorter walk.

We found another church.

This one also had a graveyard next to it.

I looked around a bit of course.

There was one cross standing all alone somewhere in a corner of the graveyard. I wonder why. There was no name or anything on the cross, so it remained a mystery.

I love these windows.

The stones of the wall surrounding the graveyard were so old that plants had grown between them. Doesn't this look beautiful?

The sun had finally come out from behind the clouds and made for some cool shadows.

On our way back to the house we took our time to stop and smell the flowers.

It had been a really cool day.

Coming next: Meuh!
