A Sunny Walk

Early August we went for a walk in Drenthe.
The weather was beautiful, and we walked through meadows and forest. I saw many beautiful things.

Catching Up on Fun Stuff

Now that I finished showing you all the cool things I did in Berlin, it's time to catch up on what happened the last few months.

There were two outings that both deserve their own blog post, but here's an update on other fun stuff I did.

In July I visited Aurian and Freya.
We had dinner at a Japanese restaurant.

We got served one of Cthulhu's minions.
Cthulhu was not pleased!

These are the books Aurian managed to get signed for me when she was in Berlin in May for a convention. She also had cool swag for me.

I went to the movies and saw Jurrasic World.
It had really cool dinosaurs!

We had a picnic.

I got to play Exploding Kittens.
A really fun card game.

It even had a card with pigs!

Last Sunday I went to the movies with Hammie.
We saw The Little Prince, which was very beautiful and very moving.

Hammie brought me some gifts, and I got a Minion magnet from my owner as well.

As you can see I did lots of fun stuff.

The Last Few Hours in Berlin

We did some last sightseeing before we had to catch our train.

I found a street called Bears Street! (Behren = Bears)

A beautiful building.

I spotted the TV tower in the distance again.

A drain cover for Beanie

Finaly we had to say goodbye to Berlin and get to the station to catch out train home.

This time we didn't have problems claiming our seats, and we started our long journey home.

It had been an amazing trip.

Churches - Berlin

On our last day in Berlin it was sunny again, so we decided to make the most of our morning before we had to catch the train back home.

We went into town and I spotted a bear statue.

And a church.

It was a very beautiful church in my opinion.

It was being renovated though.

On the other side of the square was an almost identical church!
I think they build two churches because the Germans and the French didn't want to go to the same church together.

Whatever the reason, it was a beautiful square with those two churches and the statues and other stuff.
