Last day in London

"What does that mean?" he said to Kevin, ignoring her.
As you might have guessed: my owner still hasn't taken me anywhere fun! But at least we played games last evening.
I love this dicegame: you have to try to collect as many rabbits as you can.
Today at work I spotted this drawing of a pig in the newspaper.
I won this book in a giveaway by Ann Aguirre, one of the two authors who wrote this book (the other is Carrie Lofty). It's a kind of post-apocalyptic paranormal romance and it sounds really intriguing. I had to promise to write a review after reading it, so keep an eye on my review blog.
Today we got a beautiful card from our friend Eve.
Today at work I let some of my co-workers try the zombie mints I got from Katie. It wasn't much of a succes (besides the funny look on their faces). It seems people aren't too fond of mints with brain flavour....
When I got home there was mail for me.
Beanie's package contained a beautiful card, two books (one manga and one book with teasers from other books) and a button!
I got a package from SusiSunshine today!
Isn't the piggy awesome?!
We visited my owner's mother who lives close to the river IJssel. Isn't it beautiful?
And look what we found in the garden while we were there!
I wonder if this small salamander is a relative of my friend Sparky.
More beautiful nature picture spam.
I also got to visit my good friend Witje, who lives in Kampen. We had a great time catching up on news and such.
In the evening we went to Polder Rock.
A stage and music!
When the second band (B.Z.A.) played it was already getting a bit dark and it was also getting a bit more crowded, but I had a good spot luckily enough.
After the festival we got to sleep over at the house of the neighbour of my owner's brother. After such a long and fun filled day I was glad we didn't have to travel all the way back to Groningen.
After a good night sleep we spend some time with my owner's family. One of my owner's nephews had a bowl with fish!
Voodoo Bride discovered a distant relative who lived with my owner's family.
We went to the library today and they had this cool statue there of a goat.
And a chicken!
After our visit to the library we did some windowshopping and I saw this funny statue of a ladybug-dog.
Then it was time for a drink.
And food.
Here I am at the monument on the Dam.
We did some window shopping and I spotted this beautiful salamander who reminded me of my good friend Sparky.
A whole army of voodoo dolls!
And we visited the Amsterdam Dungeon!
At the entrance there was a possibility to have your picture taken and my owner took the opportunity to pose as a brutish executioner.
We didn't see these two particular people as I think these two are Sweeney Todd and his lady friend and they are from the London Dungeon, but we did meet lots of other cool characters who were dressed just as awesome. There were lots of cool stories and such and my owner even got dragged before a judge who found her guilty of witchcraft!!
We also did some sightseeing.
A creepy stone lion.
One of Amsterdam's many canals.
On our way back home there was lots of hold up at the station because someone thought he'd smelled smoke in one of the train tunnels.
Little Mole and me passed the time by looking over the brochure of the Amsterdam Dungeon and reliving our awesome visit there.
