Berlin - New Museum: The Search for Pigs Continues

In my search for pigs I did see some really beautiful things.

Like this portrait of a Pharaoh and his wife. (It may have been Echnaton and Nefertiti again, but i'm not sure.)

The main piece of the New Museum was a bust of Nefertiti, but we weren't allowed to take pictures of the bust so I included this picture of a postcard my owner bought for me.

Not all items were Egyptian. I also saw this statue which is Greek or Roman or something like that I think. Still no pigs...

I did find a wine vase thing with a cow.

This looks a bit like a pig, but it also might be a deer or something.

A lion...

More important Egyptians...

Hippos!
That made my owner very happy of course.

And then.....

Could it be?
It sure looks like a pig!

A Pig Goddess!
How cool is that?!

After this amazing find we left the Neues Museum and went to the next museum on our list: The Pergamon Museum.

But more on that tomorrow.

Amazing! Congratulations on your search. Although... I do have to agree with Buttons, a remarkable resemblance to Ms. Piggy...
