The bookcase is almost finished!My owner's OtherHalf is painting like crazy to get it done in time for the move! Luckily he gets some help from a good friend.

Oh, the new bookshelves are so nice! Are the shelves a shade darker then the wall or does only it look like that on the picture? C. must be so impatience to move back there with all her books :-)!

i love bookcases. and this is a great color. in my last home my hubby installed a wall bookcase and painted the inside in a warm autumn orange too. loved it. now we have half-wall bookcase in a dark wood.
