Work and lots of Plant Spam

After all the packing and moving it was back to work! I took a nap at work to catch up on missed sleep because of the move.

After work we went for a walk and we saw these beautiful thistles.

There was some kind of moth or butterfly fluttering around the thistles.

I had to get a closer look ofcourse.

Next I spotted this giant Hogweed!

It was so big I could sit on top of it, but it was a little uncomfortable.

So I sat on a leaf of the hogweed and that was a much better seat.

That's a fantastic sleeping bag! I wish I had some cozy arrangements of my own at work.

And the thistles kind of wash you out a bit, Sully, although they complement your natural colour surprisingly well! =)

Very cozy sleeping place you've got there! Cool moth/butterfly thing too.

We have thistles here too, as long as the landscaping guys don't see them. They're invasive, non-native plants here! But I like 'em anyway.

Always nice to see your flowerpictures Sullivan. Didn't you get all itchy from the hogweed? I heard that you had to be very carefull around that plant, or is that later in the season?

I like the thistles too. I'd advise you to stay away from them too, later in the season. They get rather prickly, ouch!

You are lucky you are so small, you get to go to work and lots of places we larger stuffies can't.

Isn't if funny how a weed can actually look pretty? Glad to see you are settling in after the move.

Thanks everyone!
@Hammie: Hogweed can be itchy, but usually only if you're bareskinned and sweating.
