Witlof Salad

After a long day at work I got home just in time to supervise the making of our dinner:

Witlof salad with apple! Yum.
(According to wikipedia witlof is also called witlof in english or sometimes Belgian endive or chicory)

Yummie! We make that very often, we put in mandarijntjes, penne, little blocks of cheese, little tomatoes, mustard and yo-fresh! Perhaps we could swap recipes sometime!

We use yo-fresh too, but we put in 'Amsterdamse uitjes', 'augurken' and garlic

@Audrey: Thanks! I myself happen to think pigs are awesome, but that may be because I am one ;-)

Those are some pretty apples. I can't wait till our apple trees in our front yard make apples. I love them fresh off the tree!
