@Feronia: it depends on how much you want to make. We had 1 and a half bucket full of rosehips and that turned out 3 and a half kilo of useable rosehip material for jam. We now have lots of jam to last us for almost a year. You could always try to make a small bit of jam, for just a few jars.

Yummy! How many rosehips did you need for the jam, Sullivan? I have some but I don't think I have enough.

Yummy! We help to make raspberry jam (from the raspberries in the garden) every year, then we help to eat it on toast!
