Dentist

Today my owner had to go to the dentist for a check up. While there I decided to try out if I would be a good dentist.

Well.... As long as my patients are made out of cardboard I think I could handle it.

There were lots of toys in the waitingroom so I played with them while waiting.
Luckily my owner didn't have anyhing wrong with her teeth so we were done there very quickly.

A Walk and Birds

We kept a low profile yesterday in case the Zombie Chicken was still on the warpath, but today we went out for a walk and we played around a bit in a tree as you can see on these pictures.

We also found lots of mushrooms, but they weren't of the edible kind so we didn't pick any of them.

After our walk we visited a shopping mall where I saw this card with these two weird birds and couldn't resist posing with it.

Zombie Chicken?

Today I was chased by this chicken!
Not sure if it was a Zombie Chicken as it didn't have a funny smell or lose any bodyparts, but it's neck was very crooked and it's head swinging from side to side as it chased me and Voodoo Bride. Luckily I managed to escape and rescue Voodoo Bride in the process.

Zombie Chicken Award!

I got a really cool award from Eve:
the Zombie Chicken Award!
Thank you Eve, I feel honoured!

This is what the zombie Chicken Award is all about:

The Zombie Chicken
"The blogger who receives this award believes in the Tao of the Zombie Chicken, excellence, grace, and persistence in all situations, even in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. These amazing bloggers regularly produce content so remarkable that their readers would brave a raving pack of zombie chickens just to be able to read their inspiring words. As a recipient of this world-renowned award, you now have the task of passing it on to at least 5 other worthy bloggers. Do not risk the wrath of the zombie chickens by choosing unwisely or not choosing at all..."

So..... now to chose who to give the award to.
Or maybe I won't, because the thought of Zombie Chickens coming after me is kind of cool!
Well, better not risk it, my owner might decide she doesn't want to take pictures anymore if there's a flock of Zombie Chickens getting in the way.

So I pass this Award on to:

He's been offline for a bit, but I know he'll be back soon and prove to be worthy of this award.

Two really sweet elephants who keep in touch with each other through their blog.

And I want to add that I give all three the freedom to chose not to pass on the award as I wouldn't want any of them come to harm by avenging Zombie Chickens.

Lazy Day

I'm having a lazy day today, but wanted to show you one thing:
These very small flowers are growing in front of our house at the moment. I think they're very pretty.

A Wedding

Today my owner took me to a wedding. It was a wedding with a medieval theme so lots of people had dressed up. On this picture you can see me, a good friend of us and my owner. My owner's OH couldn't come with us unfortunately.

The weather was beautiful and we walked to the church where the wedding was in a long procession with musicians in front playing medieval music. In this pic you can see the bride and groom and some bridesmaids behind me. (The bride is the one wearing red)

A pic from inside the church. It was a beautiful ceremony, they even actually tied the knot by tying their hands together as was a custom in the past.

After the ceremony it was time for cake.

And tea, which we took outside to enjoy the lovely weather.

Some more pictures of the church.

While we all sat enjoying our tea and cake the musicians played some more for us.
Afterwards we all walked back to the house of the bride and groom in another procession.
