Flowers and Mail

I promised last week to show you the purple flowers once they were in bloom so here they are!

And it was dry enough to lounge among them!!

When I got home there was mail waiting for me!
It was Beanie Post, meaning it came from Beanie and Andrea.

They had remembered that I told I loved snow and wanted to visit Paris so they send me this pretty picture of the Notre Dame in the snow.

Thank you Beanie and Andrea. I love it! I'm going to display it somewhere where I can look at it and dream of the day I can see the Notre Dame for myself.

Nice flowers and beautiful card! I know someone who would love to go to Paris too! After all those holidays in France, G. never visited Paris! Only One time in a taxi from one trainstation to the other, almost hanging out of the window of the taxi to take a good look around, but I don't think that counts as a real visit;-)...

I'm ready for flowers. The earth is nothing but browns and grays now, with patches of white. I think some greens and reds, with bits of yellow and orange would be a welcome change. Give the soul some nourishment.

Thanks everyone! I love spring and flowers, although I absolutely love snow too.
