Teaser Tuesdays - Rogue Oracle

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

I'm rereading this one as it's awesome!
Haven't read Rogue Oracle yet?
Check my review blog on Thursday for a guestpost by Alayna Williams.
It's going to be really cool I can promise you!

"The more I learn about how you think, the more I wonder..." He shook his head. "It's like the rest of us see light in the visible spectrum, and you see infrared and ultraviolet."

Star Trek Mail?

Today there was a package for me and my owner from my friend Sparky and his human Laura. There was a box inside with a Star Trek ship on it. Hmmm, now I do love Star Trek Voyager as I'm a fan of the doctor in that series, but I don't think I ever told Sparky.

When we opened the box it turned out it had chocolate inside!

And the newest book that Sparky's human has written!
She writes both under the name of Laura Bickle and Alayna Williams. Rogue Oracle is the second book of her Oracle series and the first book, Dark Oracle, was one of our favourite reads from last year. You can expect a review of this book real soon at my other blog!

They also send us a beautiful card. All in all a great package and much better than a Star Trek ship in my opinion!

Thanks Sparky and Laura!
We're very happy with this lovely present and we're happy to have you both as friends.

Sneak Peek

Nothing much happening at the moment so I thought I'd give you a sneak peek of something that's coming soon on my review blog

I'll be making a list of the my favourite pearls from 2010 and guess what book is among the 5 greatest pearls?

Yup: Dark Oracle by Alayna Williams

Curious what other books are on my list?
