On the second day of out trip we went to Deventer.
A city in Overijssel, the Netherlands.
It was a very pretty city in my opinion.
We found a church!
When I saw this statue from a distance I thought it might be a pig statue because of the look of the ears. It was dogs though...
We spotted a Free Little Library.
There was even one book in English in it that sounded interesting.
The weather was really lovely.
I saw an old bear and waved at her.
When we found the town square it turned out they were busy building a ferris wheel!
The statue of former queen Wilhelmina didn't seem to mind.
More fair construction.
Cool building with lions.
This statue looked like he had serious WTF thoughts about the fair.
We saw a beer cafe that had a witch crashing into it.
A Pig!
Otters
There were umbrellas decorating the streets.
Do you see the elephant?
A big wall painting.
As I said: Deventer looked really pretty.
Coming Next: lunch, buildings, and a church
