Lots of Presents

We had really cool mail from Gini Koch this week.
She send a signed Dutch copy of a book by Judi Edwards for Voodoo Bride and magnets for me. We're very happy with these presents.

Today another book arrived for Voodoo Bride.
I won a copy of Rising Darkness for her in a giveaway by Thea Harrison. Voodoo Bride loves Thea Harrison's Elder Races series so she was very happy with this first book in a new series by Thea.


Thea even signed the book as well.

Today at work my owner and I got a small box as an early Easter gift.

A Walk on a Cold Day

This Sunday we went for a walk.
It was cold and windy, but it was dry. I did forget to wear one on my hats so I got very cold ears I can tell you












These horses are wild horses. You can't see it in the picture, but there's a fence between me and the horses. We were allowed to go over the fence, but only if the horses were at least 25 meters away from us. As you can see they were very close, so we didn't go over the fence.

I received lots of books including this really cool anthology that I won over at Bibliognome. So I'm busy reading, but I did hear my owner mention we might go for a walk this weekend.

What I've Been Doing

I've been playing Mass Effect 3 and I've been watching TV. I hope to have some fun stuff to show to you soon.

Lots of Groceries

I disappeared again for a bit this week. I was busy playing the last Mass Effect 3 DLC. Apart from that nothing much happened, but I did get lots of new groceries!

Between in my Mail

Yesterday I had a book in my mail.
It was a signed copy of Between, which I won at Kerry Schafer's blog.


I'm very happy with this signed copy.
Not only is Between an amazing book, Kerry is a really cool person who doesn't mind me internet stalking her and giving unwanted zombie advice.


And look:
Poe, the penguin who has an important role in Between, also signed the book! How cool is that?!

I also had a book in my mail. It's the second book in a series which I had to buy because I absolutely loved the first book. I was a bit worried by the message on the front of the book though. I mean: The Hunger Games is a nice read, but I'm actually hoping this book is way better than The Hunger Games.

We went out for dinner yesterday and had guacamole and mojitos.
