Return of the Rosehips

It was a nice dry and sunny day today so we went out to pick more rosehips. Wild rosehips this time to make wine with.

There were also lots of hawthorn berries, but we weren't after those today, although you can make very tasty wine with hawthorn berries too.

These are what we were after: wild rosehips. We brought a nice sharp garden scissor too, because you never know if you might need it when picking berries and such.

Random pic of me and one of our bikes.

Our harvest!
Almost can't wait for the wine to be ready.

Are you going to show us the making of the wine too??? We realy liked your post about the rosehip jam you and your owner made! We are very curious how it's done!
